Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor, you are entrusted to generate new business and expand our global footprint by nurturing, cultivating, and converting the demand for consulting solutions across the development, medical affairs, commercial, quality and technology domains. You will orchestrate the business development process throughout the sales lifecycle, from seeking to securing new clients and then leading and expanding our presence within these newly acquired accounts. This position is responsible for generating new opportunities, calling on new accounts, and ultimately maintaining and cultivating long term relationships to impact top and bottom-line results. The role will require focus, tenacity, and organization to drive the expected outcomes. The market is rich with opportunity but will need an individual with strong planning and execution skills to capitalize on the demand. Successful individuals will be expected to create and execute a plan to nurture and develop the various go-to-market channels TriRadial Solutions serves in the Life Sciences industry (i.e., mid-market, emerging-market, venture capital, private equity, law firms, tech/business partners and pioneering enterprises).

 

Responsibilities

  • Successfully prospect, qualify, position, and sell services via a consultative approach within an assigned region (e.g., Northeast, NY/NJ/Eastern PA, Mid-Atlantic/South, Central, West, Central Europe and UKI regions)
  • Coordinate with Managing Directors and SME’s across TriRadial Solutions to create compelling and goal-driven solutions for clients and prospects, and ensure tactical and strategic company goals are achieved
  • Create regional development strategies and action plans for identified targets and prepare for client engagement, interactions and presentations at the high standard expected by TriRadial Solutions
  • Engage prospective clients with a combination of written, virtual/video conference and face-to-face meetings, with an emphasis on face-to-face whenever practical. Travel is expected
  • Analyze our competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, gather voice of the customer feedback and provide to practice leadership to help refine and improve our solutions and capabilities
  • Work within a vigorous performance-driven environment

 

What we look for in a Teammate:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an individual contributor focused on business development and solution selling (products and services) into regulatory, clinical development & operations, quality & compliance, commercial, technology and data management domains within the life sciences industry
  • A business building and hunting mentality, motivated to grow business from the ground up
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving individual performance goals
  • Executive level presence and account leadership skills are essential
  • Strong business acumen, strategic negotiation and communication skills are required
  • Located in one of the 6 strategic regions specified
