Practice Lead, Quality

As the Quality Practice Lead, you are entrusted to oversee client delivery, generate new business and to expand our global footprint.
You will drive new business, manage ongoing client delivery and build awareness of TriRadial’s reputation as a premier quality & compliance thought-leader to life science industry leaders.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and manage profitability for the Quality practice area; help to set practice goals and subsequently follow through to meet or exceed these goals
- Be recognized as a thought leader in your area as demonstrated through speaking opportunities, white paper creation, conference panel participation and input/guidance on client deliverables
- Oversee delivery for projects within your practice area; provide consultation to deliverables from other practices, as needed
- Develop thought capital for TriRadial; contribute and review materials created by other TriRadial practices
- Cultivate client relationships toward status as a trusted advisor
- Identify staffing needs and oversee recruitment of internal and external staff needed for projects in your area; manage resources to ensure optimal fit with client delivery
- Build a sense of team cohesion and community consistent with the company culture, ensuring policy and procedures are understood and followed
- Keep the team apprised of company progress
- Work with other business areas to leverage broader relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities
What we look for in a Teammate:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; Engineering or Science or MBA (or equivalent degree) is strongly desired
- Lean methodologies or equivalent, highly desired
- Actual life science experience required: a minimum of 10+ years’ experience as an individual contributor focused on business development and solution selling (products and services) into quality & compliance domains within the life sciences industry
- Direct experience interacting with regulatory authorities and follow-up communications
- Deep knowledge of GxP regulations and leading practice quality process
- Direct experience auditing and being audited in life science GxP-governed areas (e.g., GMP, GLP, GDP, GCP, GVP)
- Direct experience building and optimizing life science core Quality Management Systems
- Fundamental awareness of challenges and opportunities to improve quality outcomes for life science clients, many of whom outsource their core activities to third parties
- A business building and hunting mentality, motivated to grow business from the ground up
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving individual performance goals
- Executive level presence and account leadership skills are essential
- Strong business acumen, strategic negotiation and communication skills are required
